Return Eligibility
You can return products within 48 hours of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
Unused Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached
Original Packaging: Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included
Wrong Items: If you received the wrong product, we'll arrange a return and send the correct item at no additional cost
Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear
Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
Hygiene products (e.g., compression wear, protective gear) once opened
Custom or personalized items
Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
How to Return an Item

Contact Us
Within 48 hours of delivery, contact our customer service team via whatsapp at +254 726 447 766 or call us at +254 726 447 766. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice. Write the RAN on the package.

Ship or Schedule Pickup
Ship the item to our returns address or schedule a pickup (for Nairobi area). For wrong or defective items, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
Return the original item following our return process
Place a new order for the item you want
Once your return is processed, we'll issue a refund
For wrong items sent by us, we'll send the correct item immediately at no additional cost.
